Stene Aviation Inc., an FAA Part 145 Repair Station located in Polson, MT, has an entry-level full-time A&P technician position available. We are a small shop and are looking for a responsible, motivated, and organized A&P who works well independently and in a team environment.

We are an FAA STC/PMA holder and are industry leaders in modifying Cessna aircraft for backcountry operations. This includes aerodynamic, airframe, propeller, and engine modifications.

We are looking for a candidate who works great with others, works independently, productive, dependable, detail-oriented, and quality minded. The candidate will perform sheet metal duties including the installation of Cessna modifications per FAA approved documentation. Modifications include but are not limited to leading edge STOL kits, wing extensions, vortex generators, extended baggage, and engine upgrades.

Candidate will also perform avionic installations including fabricating wiring harnesses, remove legacy avionics, new component installation, configuration, and operational checks.

This is a full-time position that includes paid vacation, holidays, medical, vision, and life insurance.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Thursday, 6a.m. to 4p.m.

Starting Hourly base pay range $26.00+(DOE)
