🚤 Another small Mercury outboard back in service!

The customer brought us an engine that would not start after a previous repair performed by another service provider.

During our inspection, we found several issues:

🔧 A worn water pump impeller kit — the cooling system was not providing proper water circulation.
🔧 The carburetor was incomplete, with missing components from the previous repair. After evaluating the condition, we determined that installing a new carburetor was a more reliable and cost-effective solution than rebuilding the old one.
🔧 Damaged ignition coil boots and cracked ignition coils, which affected the reliability of the ignition system.

What we did:
✔️ Replaced the water pump impeller kit.
✔️ Installed a new carburetor.
✔️ Replaced damaged ignition coils and coil boots.
✔️ Completed engine adjustments and full performance testing.

The result: The engine was successfully brought back to life and now runs smoothly in all operating conditions — from idle to under load. The cooling system is working properly, and the motor is ready for reliable operation.

A Donzi 32 FZ powered by twin Mercury Verado 350 HP just arrived at our shop for a complete diagnostic and 300-hour maintenance service.

Customer’s concern: One engine loses power under acceleration. The issue only occurs when throttle is applied .
