The submersible diving industry has been the at the top of headlines surrounding the recent tragedy that occurred on the OceanGate Submersible, Titan. Although our insight is abundant; It has been hard to navigate making the appropriate statement; As we want to respect the lives lost and all that have been impacted.
While to many; It was a sensationalized news story… To us; It was a devastating incident within a close knit, and supportive industry.
An incident that has provoked negative connotations surrounding submersible diving.
An incident that - in many ways - should have never happened.

As the community recovers from not only the loss of 5 lives, but ultimately a loss of trust in commercial sub diving operations … It is important to understand & address what lead to this.
As a team - we are putting our efforts towards better displaying the standards that we uphold for ourselves, our equipment, and all of our vessels.
