We are seeking a Delivery Driver for our Last Mile delivery service for Amazon, who will be responsible for delivering smiles regularly. This position is based at the Amazon DPD5 station (15000 N Lombard, Portland OR 97203).

Bridgetown Delivery is looking for excellent candidates for our residential and commercial delivery contract with Amazon. You will be provided an Amazon Van, outfitted with awesome Amazon uniforms, and have access to the most cutting-edge technology in the logistics business. WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATES AS A PERMANENT PROFESSIONAL PACKAGE DELIVERY DRIVER, SO NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
Ideal candidates must have excellent customer service and communication skills, Large Van driving experience/skills a major plus. You must be self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, a high degree of integrity, and a safety-first mentality. The Driver Associate will be responsible for making Amazon deliveries to homes, apartments, and businesses in the Portland Area. Delivery Associates always strive to get every Amazon order to the customer’s door on-time. We offer full time/part-time/seasonal opportunities. Company Vehicle and Uniforms Provided! No CDL Required!
Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week.

Basic Requirements:
Bridgetown Delivery accepts a wide range of applicants with varying levels of experience as professional drivers in delivery services. We provide thorough on-the-job training so that all of our employees feel confident on the road and the doorsteps of Amazon customers. Our main priority is drivers that we can trust to drive safely and deliver on time.
• Must have valid and current driver’s license
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to consent to a criminal background check.
• (CLEAN DRIVING RECORD) In the past 7 years no reckless driving, DUI's, Suspensions, or at-fault accidents. No more than 1 moving violation in the past 3 years.
• At least 21 years of age
• Must submit to a pre-employment drug test
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We Deliver parcels & packages in a safe & timely manner to residential and business areas. We will supply you with a cargo van, fuel, insurance, uniform, and delivery device.
This job is for motivated individuals. As a delivery associate you will have to drive attentively and safely at all times, use GPS apps to navigate to locations, quickly find packages in the van, then move them quickly from the van to the delivery location, then quickly return to the van to repeat the task.
If you are selected for this position, here is what to expect:
• Work 8-10+ hours per shift, including weekdays, weekends, & holidays (We operate 7 days a week, 361 days a year)
• Work 8-10+ hour shifts but receive multiple days off per week
• Must be able to work additional hours when needed during high volume periods
• Be a team player with a Strong work ethic
• Opportunities to earn additional incentives every week. An Increasing hourly rate with seniority.
• An Owner focused on your success. A coach-player-team environment. Not a boss-employee environment.
