Happy Supply Chain Professionals Day!
Today we’re celebrating the Bridgetown team members who keep freight moving, warehouses running, schedules coordinated, and customers supported.

It takes a lot of people working together to make logistics happen: drivers, warehouse teams, dispatch, operations, customer service, safety, and everyone behind the scenes. Their work may not always be visible, but it makes a real difference every day.

Meet Tammy Kaiser.

Dispatcher. Problem solver. Operational backbone in St. Louis.

Dispatch does not run perfectly. Too many variables. Equipment. Information gaps. Weather. People.

Tammy manages all of it.

“You have to put the right person in the right spot,” she says. “Otherwise, it doesn’t get done.”

Her standard is simple:

“The correct information. All the information.”

If something is missing, she finds it.
If plans shift, she adjusts.
If the next day needs building, she starts early.

In St. Louis, things move because she makes sure they can.

She is one of The People Who Move It.

Bridgetown has grown a lot since 1999, but one thing hasn’t changed — the standard.

That standard exists because of the people behind the work.
