Meet Andrey Telaguz from our Portland team. Andrey has spent eight years in our warehouse, working as an operator and in other roles. He has been a customer service representative for the last two years, so he knows the freight from the dock side.

His approach is simple: take care of every customer, and make each one feel like the only one. Loyalty, attention to detail, and safety stay the same on every shipment.

Customer service starts with people who know the work and do it consistently.

Bill and Scott drove the OSU Beaver truck roughly 1,800 miles from Corvallis to El Paso so the team's gear was ready for game day. The Beavers made it worth the trip with a 33-7 win over UTEP. 🦫

It's National Truck Driver Appreciation Week 🚛

This week, we're putting the spotlight on the people who make Bridgetown run: our drivers. Every one of them is a Bridgetown employee — CDL and TSA certified — operating a versatile, asset-based fleet across both of our locations.

Safety isn't something we ask of our drivers. It's something they live, every route, every load, every day. To every driver on our team: thank you for your professionalism, your commitment, and for getting it done safely.

80,000+ views. A lot of comments. And feedback we needed to hear.

Our last video raised fair concerns about forklift safety. We read the comments, reviewed the footage, and went back to the floor.

This sequence was filmed seven days later.

Look closely: reflective gear, proper horn use, forks held at the correct travel height, and operators staying aware of one another throughout the warehouse.

We are not sharing one follow-up video to claim the work is finished. We are sharing it because accountability should be visible.

Thank you to everyone who spoke up. Safety is built by what we do next, and every shift after that.
