Bridgetown Trucking is delighted to sponsor Mid-Major Baseball Club out of Toledo, Washington.

Led by coaches Luke Roth and Mateo Vodjansky, this team gives small-school high school players from Northwest Oregon and Southwest Washington an affordable summer baseball experience built around competition, development, and memories that last.

In only its second year as a club, and its first year competing in Babe Ruth, Mid-Major became Pacific Northwest Regional Champs.

They are currently competing in Branson, Missouri, having recently completed a tournament in Canada. Bridgetown is proud to support the players, coaches, and families behind this run.

Meet Bridgetown’s Portland CFS team: Sandra Ulrich, Tonya Arguelles, and Alina Nita.

Bridgetown serves as STG Logistics’ Portland CFS agent. From our customs-bonded facility, the team coordinates documentation, freight breakdown, load planning, customer communication, and cargo release for shipments moving through Portland.

Sandra, Tanya, and Elina bring decades of combined CFS experience to the operation. Each has primary responsibilities, but they work across roles and step in wherever they are needed.

“We all know how to do everything, so we can back each other up.”

Their office is lively and friendly, with the easy camaraderie of people who know the work and know how to work together. They also support Bridgetown’s broader operation through order closeout, billing, and other administrative work.

The CFS operation is supported by Bridgetown’s established Portland warehouse, drayage, and local trucking resources.

It is a growing part of what Bridgetown does—and a good example of experienced people working together to keep freight moving.

Shoutout to Portland driver Mark Adams. A customer at Ziply Fiber flagged a tough delivery day last week, unfamiliar stops, tight access, no room for error. Mark handled it.

Here's what they had to say: "His can-do attitude and professionalism was more than impressive. You have a great asset there."

Some good news to share. Oregon Voyager featured our founder, Dave Chalmers, in their Hidden Gems series.

Dave started Bridgetown in 1999 with one delivery van and no plan beyond outworking everybody else. The company runs two terminals now, and it still holds the standard he set on day one: do the work, do it right, no shortcuts.

Dave spends most of the interview talking about the team instead of himself. That figures. The drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse crews who have stayed ten years and longer keep customers from 1999 calling today.
