While the national housing market is in a transitional phase with some areas leaning towards a buyer's market, in Portland, Oregon, it's still largely a seller's market due to strong demand and limited inventory. We expect to see this change very soon as the interest rates take on a more historical normal level. This was such a bittersweet moment for Tim and I as we were so happy for our awesome neighbor clients to have their home sold but so sad to see them leave the neighborhood after nine years. I'll miss seeing sweet little 'H' waving to the garbage truck on Monday mornings.

It was our absolute pleasure to help them get their home sold and see them off on their next adventure!
