ied! With that being said, if you're not, please message us so we can work something out. On the contrary, any personalized items we do not offer refunds on for obvious reasons. If your item arrives broken, please contact us within 48 hours of being delivered with photo proof of the product AND packaging (this is so we can file a claim with the postal service). Once we receive notice and photos, you will be fully refunded. If for some reason you do not receive your item or if tracking shows delivered, you will need to dispute this with your local postal service as this is out of our control. Please contact us and we will help you in anyway we can from our end. Payment: We send payment invoices via Paypal; However, you do NOT have to have a PayPal account to pay the invoice. You simply open the email and click on View and Pay Invoice and pay with card. We also will take card over the phone if you prefer. Payment is due when ordering. Delay in payment can and will delay production and shipping time. Shipping: Once your order has been picked up with USPS, we cannot control shipping speeds.
