Delivery Associate Compensation &
Benefits:
- $18.50 / hour Regular Time
- $27.75 / hour Overtime (5-10 hrs of OT per 2 week period)
- Weekly Performance Bonus $20/wk (after - 6 months $40/wk - after 1 year $60/wk)

Delivery Associate Schedules:
- Four or five 10-hour days per week; must be able to work one weekend day
- Shifts are approximately 10:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Delivery Driver Duties:
- Safely drive and operate your delivery van
- Use a provided handheld device for routing and delivery info
- Navigate a variety of routes
- Be comfortable working in various weather conditions
- Load and deliver packages
- Lift packages up to 50 lbs
- Able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs

Delivery Driver Requirements:
- Eligible to work in the US
- Valid Drivers License from any state
- Consent to a pre-employment drug test (does not include THC)
- Pass a pre-employment background check

Pay: $18.50 - $27.75 per hour

Relay Logistics is currently adding to our team of delivery drivers in Poway CA. The holidays are quickly approaching and we're offering both full time and part time opportunities to work and grow with our team! NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY WE OFFER PAID TRAINING! $18.50/hr + OT + bonuses and company incentives.

Approximate hours are 10:00am to 7:00pm. Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week. All full time drivers are required to be available to work 1 weekend day.
