Make sure the fork lift driver is aware of how far his forks is sticking out!!! If not you may end up with a hole. If it happens, make sure to immediately take pictures, document it on the BOL, have the supervisor sign, and provide the company's insurance!!! CYA and send an email to the warehouse manager!!! Don't leave until everything is noted in the email and a response is received. If you have time to wait.
