Well… this isn’t the travel update I had planned to share. 💔

I was supposed to be sailing through Sunday, soaking up every moment, but due to medical reasons I must medically disembark, my journey is being cut short. My health has declined quickly while on the ship, and I’ll be flying home from Cozumel today to focus on getting the care I need.

As much as I love exploring and sharing these experiences with you all, sometimes life has other plans—and health always comes first.

I appreciate your patience with me as I take the time to rest and recover. I’ll be back to planning beautiful trips and sharing adventures as soon as I’m able. ✈️💙

Port day in Costa Maya yesterday 🌴☀️

The water was that unreal shade of blue, the breeze was perfect, and for a little while everything just slowed down. Walked, explored, soaked up the sun, and took in every moment of this beautiful stop.

Embarkation day = SUCCESS 🙌⚓️

From the moment we arrived at port, MSC Cruises had us completely blown away—literally about 20 minutes from arrival to being onboard 😳 Talk about smooth sailing already!

And the staff? Hands down the friendliest we’ve experienced so far 💙

First stop (always!): muster station ✔️
We headed straight there, had our boarding passes scanned, watched the safety info right on the app, and just like that… DONE. Easy. Fast. Efficient.

Now we’re settling into our balcony room on Deck 10 🌊☀️
No complaints over here—just views, vibes, and vacation mode officially ON 😍

Wheels up this morning and now we’ve officially landed where the waves meet the shore 🌊✈️

After a long travel day, there’s nothing better than finally arriving at the seawall, sitting out on the pier, and just soaking it all in. No rush, no schedule—just rest, reset, and a little salt air therapy.

Tomorrow… we board the MSC Seascape 🚢✨
