There was plenty to celebrate at today’s ARTS Annual Meeting! 🚌💚

As we reflected on another year of serving communities across Aroostook County, we had the opportunity to recognize some pretty special milestones.

⭐ 5 YEARS OF SERVICE — Congratulations to our "Up North" driver Charlie Ouellette and Human Resource Manager Hillary Harris on five years with ARTS!

⭐ 45 YEARS OF SERVICE — We were especially proud to recognize Trip Controller Carla MacFarline for 45 years of dedicated service to ARTS. To mark this extraordinary milestone, Carla was surprised with a reserved parking space of her very own — honoring a legacy of service. 💜

We also welcomed new members to the ARTS Board of Directors, recognized our outgoing board members for their service, and took a look back at some of the milestones from the past fiscal year:

🚌 76,903 trips completed — a 25% increase
📍 1,266,708 miles traveled — a 35% increase
👥 1,235 clients served
💼 17,413 workforce transportation trips — a 70% increase
☎️ 49,705 calls answered — a 41.5% increase

Those numbers represent much more than miles and trips — they represent people getting to work, appointments, services, and the places they need to go every day.

We're grateful for the employees, Board members, community partners, and passengers who continue to be part of ARTS and our mission to provide safe, reliable, and accessible transportation solutions across Aroostook County.

Here’s to another year of keeping Aroostook moving! 🚌💚
