📦 Position Overview
Carrier: F F Blain LLC (FedEx Custom Critical Contractor)

Driver Role: Team Drivers (must apply with a partner or be willing to team up)

Nationwide Runs (48 states)

Power Only – Trailer provided

💰 Pay & Split Structure
Loaded Mile Pay: $0.60 to $0.70 per mile (per driver, split)

Empty/Deadhead Mile Pay: $0.25 to $0.35 per mile (per driver, split)

All miles paid — loaded and empty

Fuel surcharge included

Typical team weekly mileage: 5,000–6,000 miles total

Example: For 5,500 miles/week, a team at $0.65 loaded mile split can earn around $3,575+ weekly combined.

✅ Requirements
Valid Class A CDL

Minimum 1 year verifiable driving experience

Clean MVR, background, and drug screen

Team players with professional attitude

Expedited or FedEx experience a plus (training available)
