Dear Valued Postal Max Etc Customers,
As the situation surrounding Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we want to assure you that we are here to support you. We are taking steps to ensure we continue to provide you a service and maintain the health and safety of our customers, employees and communities during this difficult time.
Los Angeles County on Thursday saw a spike in both confirmed coronavirus cases and deaths.
Officials have expected the number of cases to increase as more testing became available, and that is occurring. The question is: How much longer will the case numbers explode so dramatically?
Postal Max Etc is a part of Postal and Shipping and is considered as part of the critical infrastructure sector of Transportation Systems. During COVID-19 we have seen a reduction of a services needed in late afternoons. In the order for us to stay afloat it is necessary for us to reduce an operation hour for the next 3 weeks effective Tuesday March 31 to Sunday April 22 or until further notice.

Postal Max Etc is a part of the critical infrastructure and we are STAYING OPEN DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS. We are monitoring this situation daily and we will adjust business hours / operations as needed. We take guidance from POST OFFICE, UPS, FEDEX and DHL for business operation and follow their policies for holidays & closures etc.
We are taking the steps to keep our people safe and our facilities clean. We are taking preventive measure to keep our store and maintain a healthy environment.

BEWARE: There is a new scam where you get a text with your name from Fedex (or DHL/UPS) and a tracking number. Do not click on the link.

Some people around the country are receiving text messages that show a supposed tracking code and link to "set delivery preferences." The text is deceiving as it uses the recipient's real name.
The link directs people to a fake Amazon listing and then asks them to take a customer satisfaction survey. After answering a couple questions, the scam then asks for personal information and a credit card number to claim a free gift. Here is a screenshot from one of such messages(Do not click the link):-
