About Us: Reading Regional Airport (RDG), also known as the General Carl A. Spaatz Field, is a pivotal transportation center serving Southeastern Pennsylvania. Reading Regional Airport Authority owns and operates the Fixed Based Operator (FBO) now called Reading Aviation. Reading Aviation provides aircraft services including fuel and other amenities.

Position Overview: The Reading Regional Airport Authority is seeking an enthusiastic individual for the position of FBO Customer Service Representative. The FBO Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the liaison between customers and the airport Fixed Based Operation (FBO). The CSR shall be responsible for the daily services and overall experience of all passengers and guests of the FBO.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the liaison between customer and the airport fixed based operator providing excellent customer service
- Facility cleaning and general upkeep
- Communicate with Line Service Staff to complete fuel orders. Follow up as needed. Complete transaction and log information
- Some cross training with Line Service
Qualifications:
• High School education preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of PC and software applications.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorized to legally work in the United States of America
• Ability to pass background, drug, and/or alcohol screenings
