Health First. Everything Else Follows.

Today, I’m simply grateful.

Grateful for another sunrise.

Grateful for another chance.

Grateful for the ordinary moments that, after this season, no longer feel ordinary.

The past several months have reminded me to steward what matters most, my health, my family, my purpose.

To grow with intention, even when growth meant slowing down.

And to return, not faster, but with greater gratitude, perspective, and purpose.

That’s the truth I’m carrying into this next chapter of my life:
