CPTA proudly announce our Dashboard Bingo Winners for this month's safety challenge. The object of the game was to identify different dashboard warning symbols on a vehicle. These 3 ladies was the first to receive Bingo!! Congratulations to Ms. Shonda Williams (Left), Ms. Sharon Hughes (Middle), and Ms. Pamela Perry (Right) 🙂

Effective November 3, 2020, CPTA will resume our Out of County Medical Transportation to Greenville NC for Bertie and Hertford Counties. Out of County Medical transportation will be each Tuesday, and expanded as needed. To schedule your appointment, Feel Free to call (252) 539-2022 EXT. 222.

Choanoke Public Transportation Authority is accepting applications for the position of Part-Time Dispatcher. Applicants must have the ability to work a flexible/rotational part-time schedule preferably starting at 6:00 AM. Must have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a pleasant attitude. Must have good computer literacy skills. Well friends, this is the last day of our "Improving Workplace Morale & Mental Wellbeing" week. I hope you have enjoyed it as much as the staff of CPTA did. A special thanks to the safety committee of CPTA for reminding employees the importance of Mental Health and working as a team! Now the moment you have been waiting for! Our final day was Wacky Tacky Day!!!😁

This week at Choanoke Public Transportation Authority, the staff has been focusing on an "Improving Workplace Morale & Mental Wellbeing" week. On October 27, 2025, we celebrated twin day. Today (October 28, 2025) we are celebrating breast cancer awareness. Be sure to follow us to see what we will be celebrating the rest of the week! 🙂
