Our shuttle customers often ask how Richfield's Spinal Tap compares to trails like the Whole Enchilada or the Wasatch Crest in Utah. (Both epic shuttling trails!)

The biggest difference is there's nothing like Puke Hill or B***o Pass anywhere on Spinal Tap. The trail we shuttle is 18+ miles of almost all downhill riding. Mountain bikers descend approximately 4700 ft, with about 350-500 ft of elevation gain consisting of minor rollers, and brief gradual cross-ridgeline climbs.

We love the Whole Enchilada and Wasatch Crest, this just helps explain how different they are from Spinal Tap.

We use bike trays to protect your bike on the rough road to Spinal Tap. The trays take a little longer to load up, so please arrive 10-15 min before your scheduled shuttle time. See you soon!

Update - we had a bit of snow up high in the Pahvant mountains in the last couple of days! For now, the Richfield Bike Shuttle will be shuttling to the trail crossing on Spinal Tap for Memorial Day weekend.That drop off point is about 1.5 miles from the top!

Opening weekend is almost here! With 2 shuttles and 20 seats per lap available, you can invite so many bike friends on your next Richfield Utah mountain biking trip.

It snowed above 8,000 feet a couple times this week, so we're sticking with our plan to shuttle to Middle Spinal Tap for the next couple of weekends. But as soon as we can get up to the trail crossing, we'll let y'all know! See you soon!

It's wild to think we were just starting out in April 2023. Can't wait to be back in it next Friday! Opening weekend is May 1-3! (We're going to Middle Spinal Tap for the first few weekends) See y'all soon!
