KIRA FREIGHT IS HIRING A DRIVER RECRUITER!
We’re looking for an energetic, persistent Driver Recruiter to join our team in Plainfield, IL.
Your job is simple: find good drivers, talk to them, follow up, and get them hired.
You’ll be:
• Calling and communicating with CDL drivers
• Working with new applicants and leads
• Explaining our company, equipment, pay, and opportunities
• Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Keeping recruiting records organized and updated
• Working closely with HR, Safety, and Operations
What we’re looking for:
📞 Strong communication and phone skills
🔥 Persistent and motivated personality
💻 Comfortable working with computers and recruiting platforms
🇺🇸 Good English
🚛 Trucking or recruiting experience is a big plus
🎯 Someone who can turn a conversation into a hire
No CDL required. This is an office position.
