We were proud to take part in this year’s Children's Hospital of Richmond at VCU Good Night Lights 🚨

There’s something powerful about coming together as a community to support such an incredible mission—bringing comfort, hope, and a little extra light to patients and their families. Being able to participate in this tradition is always a reminder of why it matters.

Check out the interior of our non-emergency stretcher vans. ➡️ 🚐

These vehicles are designed to transport individuals who cannot sit upright or must remain on a stretcher but do not require emergency medical intervention.

Our non-emergency stretcher van crews are commonly used for transportation to medical appointments, hospital discharges, dialysis treatments, rehabilitation visits, and interfacility transfers.

These vans are equipped with secure stretcher mounting systems, safety restraints, and trained personnel to help ensure patients are transported safely and comfortably.

Meet the General Manager of our Fredericksburg office, Kristina Villers!

Kristina was first drawn to healthcare after witnessing the compassionate care her nephew received from incredible registered nurses in his final days. That experience inspired her to pursue a career where she could truly make a difference. She found her place in EMS, where quick critical thinking, working in a fast-paced environment, and the reward of helping others confirmed she was exactly where she was meant to be.

Now in a management role, her focus is on strengthening relationships with local hospitals and healthcare facilities and continuing to grow the Fredericksburg office into something even more impactful for the community it serves.

Her advice to anyone interested in working in medical transportation: always lead with empathy. What may not be your worst day could very well be theirs.

We’re so grateful to have dedicated leaders like Kristina on our team! 💙

The Roanoke team has been navigating snow-covered roads the past few weeks with the help of snow tire socks on our ambulatory vehicles.

These traction devices meet CDOT requirements and help us safely complete patient transports throughout the winter season. ❄️

When winter weather hits, our commitment doesn't change.

Over the past two weeks, our crews have been hard at work making sure patients get where they need to be safely and on time. A huge shout-out to everyone who worked tirelessly to clear driveways, sidewalks, and home entrances to ensure safe entries and exits.

We're incredibly grateful for these dedicated teams who are always willing to go the extra mile for their patients.💙
