30 years ago today we started as a bike messenger company with 3 employees. Today with over 70 employees, cars, vans and trucks on the road, we are grateful to the Richmond community for all of their support. A big ‘High Five’ to all of our customers to keeping the dream going!

Our Response to COVID-19

As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to evolve, Richmond Express is working smart and taking every precaution necessary to minimize disruptions and ensure your deliveries continue to arrive on time.

We're meticulously following every hygiene recommendation from local health authorities and instructing our drivers to wash their hands regularly with soap and water and hand sanitizer, keep surfaces in their vehicles clean, cover coughs and sneezes, and, most importantly, to stay home if unwell.

Every day, as new information on COVID-19 comes to light, adjustments will be made and new guidelines will develop. We will respond swiftly and accordingly so that we may continue to deliver for you. The safety of our community is our top priority!

Richmond Express is thrilled to introduce Ashley Kelley as our Process Service Manager. The local legal community has been relying Richmond Express’ process service expertise for years but with Ashley on board we are taking process service to a whole new level. She has over seven years’ experience in handling time sensitive documents and is well aware of the need for effective communication in this line of work.

With her help Richmond Express will continue of offer the same great service options to our process service menu including real time email notifications, signature capture, and GPS tracking but we are eager to highlight two newer service options in our process service menu - photo proof of service for all posted documents and lifetime online access for processed documentation!

We are ‘revved up’ to share this service with our existing clients as well as the greater Richmond legal community!
