🇺🇸Richmond Stake JustServe Fall Activities 🇺🇸

The Richmond Stake is excited to wrap up this special America 250 celebratory year with meaningful opportunities to care for and serve our community this fall! Please see the attached flyer for dates and details, with additional opportunities to be shared in the coming months.

Our First Fall JustServe Activity: St. John’s Church on September 19. Come celebrate America 250 by caring for a historic place where American history happened!

St. John’s Church is where Patrick Henry delivered his famous “Give me liberty or give me death!” speech. We've been invited to spend a morning helping spruce up the church, cemetery, and surrounding grounds.

30 Volunteers will have the opportunity to:

Wash windows
Clean headstones
Prune trees
Power-wash walkways
Weed-whack and care for the grounds
Tend the garden
Help with other beautification projects

Please bring work gloves and a water bottle. We’ll provide snacks and share a few fun snippets of Virginia history to keep us energized as we work!
