Troy Mather has served as President of Mather Bros Inc since 2005 and continues to deliver high impact leadership as Mather Bros Inc grows year after year. Tom Mather Jr. was born and raised in the Milk & Ice Cream Family Distribution business. He learned at a young age from his Father, Tom Mather Sr., about hard work, being persistent, never quitting, dedication and providing great customer service to your customers. Todd Mather currently holds the position of Vice President of Sales and New Acquisitions for Mather Bros Inc. Todd was born and raised in Ridgecrest, CA. As a middle school and high school student Todd played youth sports and did numerous odd jobs for Mather Distributing, the family’s Milk & Ice Cream business.
