Truck Driver... I have a in cab camera facing me watching every move I make 24/7... I have a electronic device on the dash recording when I stop when I go and for how long and how fast or slow I am driving... I have a electronic logbook telling when I can drive or not whether I am tired or not... I have a satellite device on my truck showing my exact location.. I have to get a medical check up every year or two to prove I am healthy.. The interstate is dotted with traffic camera's monitoring my speed and weight sensors in the road to make sure I am not overweight... I live in a free country... shared from the orginal Boston Bandit ...

OUR STORY

Located in Rigby, Idaho, L. A. Parkinson Trucking, Inc. was started in 1977 by Laine Parkinson. We started pulling reefers hauling produce to Canada from the Southern United States until 1981.

In 1982, we changed to flatbeds and ran the 20 Western States. Then in 1997, we began running our trucks to the Eastern States. This helped our drivers get more miles and more home time.

We currently operate in 41 states. We do not run the New England areas. We have a base of customers nationwide and we run steady all year.
