Dads of Rebel: Meet Tommy

Tommy James has been part of Rebel Services since the very beginning. When Margie first started building the company, Tommy was right there as her first employee—and the hands-on mechanic helping turn early plans into real work in the field.

As Rebel grew, so did the next generation’s involvement. Their children eventually stepped into full-time roles, each finding their place in the daily rhythm of the business and helping shape its growth in very real ways.

Today, Cody, Dalton, and Sarah are all full-time at Rebel, working alongside their parents, and their youngest son is also part of the team—keeping the family thread woven through every part of the operation.

For Tommy, fatherhood and work have never been separate lanes. The lessons he’s passed down aren’t just spoken—they’re lived out on job sites, in maintenance bays, and in the day-to-day of building something that lasts.

Monday Maintenance Tips:
🔩 Loose mounting hardware around pumps and fueling equipment can create vibration issues long before anything visibly “breaks.” Over time, constant operational movement can gradually shift alignment, increase wear on connected components, and create unnecessary stress throughout the system.

✈️ A small vibration problem today usually turns into a bigger repair tomorrow. If something starts rattling that didn’t used to, pay attention early.
