🚨 We are hiring!

Rebel Services is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our team at our headquarters in Ripley, Mississippi.

This in-house position will focus on mechanical design, engineering analysis, product development, and supporting innovative projects across our growing nationwide operations. We are looking for a candidate who can combine technical expertise with practical problem-solving to help bring ideas from concept to completion.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, materials, and design principles
• Experience with technical drawings, GD&T, and engineering documentation
• Knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and mechanical design analysis
• Experience with FEA, CFD, or other engineering simulation tools
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and customers
• Experience managing projects, timelines, and priorities

Additional experience with programming languages such as Python or C++ is a plus.

Dads of Rebel: Meet Cody James

Long before he became a key part of Rebel Services, Cody James watched his parents pour their hearts into building the company. Seeing that dedication up close helped shape the husband, father, and employee he has become today.

Over the years, Cody has carved out his own path within the family business. In his role within Rebel's construction operations, he helps turn plans into reality, coordinating projects, solving problems, and working to ensure each job is completed with the quality and attention to detail customers have come to expect.

Outside of work, Cody is a devoted husband and proud father of three, including twins. His children have grown up around the Rebel family learning firsthand the values of hard work, dedication, and family. The same care and commitment he gives to his work can be seen in the way he leads and loves his family every day.

Dads of Rebel: Meet Dalton

Dalton James has been part of Rebel Services for many years, and his connection to the company goes back long before his official start in March of 2014. Growing up around the business gave him a deep respect for the effort, patience, and perseverance it takes to build and sustain something that truly lasts.

Dalton is deeply determined, thoughtful, and focused when he takes on a project. He puts a great deal of care and intention into the fuel skids and systems he works on, spending long hours refining details and working through ideas until they feel right. What he contributes is built on patience, pride, and a loyal commitment to doing things the right way for the people who depend on them.

For Dalton, the work is personal. He takes full ownership of what he creates and cares deeply about the outcome, especially knowing the difference it makes for the company and the customers we serve.

At home, Dalton is a devoted husband to his high school sweetheart and a proud father to his daughter, Mila. Mila is truly a Daddy’s girl, and anyone who sees the two of them together can understand why. The bond they share is easy to see in the way they enjoy time together and the simple moments that matter most. Whether he is at work focused on improving systems or at home with his family, Dalton shows steady care and attention to the people who matter most to him.

This Father’s Day, we’re proud to celebrate Dalton for the husband, father, and dedicated part of the Rebel family he is. His commitment, loyalty, and care are reflected in everything he takes on, and we’re grateful for the impact he continues to make.
