September is over and fall brings some of the most underestimated driving hazards of the year. 🚛🍂

Here's what changes on the road right now:

🍂 Wet leaves on pavement reduce traction almost as badly as ice, especially on ramps and shaded roads
🦌 Deer activity peaks October through December - most collisions happen between 6-9am and 5-8pm
🌅 Sunset is shifting earlier every week - sun glare during rush hour is at its worst in fall at low angles
🌧️ Temperature swings mean morning frost on bridges before you expect it

Slow down. Increase your following distance. And treat every shaded corner like something could be on the other side.

Check parking availability apps like Trucker Path or Truck Park before your last fuel stop. Build your stop into your route plan, not your afterthought.
