One of the things we appreciate most about being part of the Alliance RV community is that rallies are about so much more than RVs.

This week at the Southern Ally Rally, we spent time with fellow Allies, learned from experienced professionals who help keep us safely on the road, and were reminded once again why so many owners keep coming back year after year.

From Scott MacLean of Back on the Road Mobile RV services LLC, walking us through an important water heater maintenance item to Brooke Chumley of Ramblin' Man repacking our wheel bearings, there was plenty to learn. But just as important were the conversations, friendships, and stories shared throughout the week.

This episode is a look at one of our favorite parts of the Alliance experience—the people.

And before it's over, we hitch up and head west toward our next adventure at the Texas Ally Rally!

Four hours down... many more to go.

Tonight we'll be stopping in London, Kentucky, on our journey back home to Tampa after an incredible week at the Alliance RV National Rally.

It's funny how quickly a week can fly by. One minute you're setting up camp and saying hello, and before you know it, you're packing up, hitching up, and waving goodbye as everyone heads in different directions.

That's the hardest part of rally week.

Not saying goodbye to fellow campers, but saying goodbye to the strangers who became friends, and the friends who became family.

Thank you to everyone who made this week so special. Thank you for the conversations, the laughter, the fellowship, and the countless memories that we'll be carrying home with us.

And from the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who supported FamAlly Cares. Whether you volunteered your time, donated items to the silent auction, placed bids, or made a direct contribution, you helped make a difference in the lives of people and organizations who need it most. Your generosity means the world to me and to every member of the FamAlly Cares board.

As we make our way south, we're already looking forward to the next time our paths cross.

Until then, travel safe, make memories, and remember that the best part of Alliance has never been the RVs, it's always been the people. ❤️

Okay… but can we talk about the AllyGator Boat Race for a minute?! 🐊😂

What started as a fun rally activity quickly turned into one of the funniest and most entertaining events of the entire Southern Ally Rally weekend.

Homemade boats.
Lazy river chaos.
Competitive Allies.
Questionable engineering decisions 😅

And honestly? It perfectly captured what makes these rallies so much fun.

There’s just something about red chairs by the water that makes you slow down for a minute. ❤️

What started as a rainy Michigan afternoon turned into one of those evenings you wish you could freeze in time… good conversation, plenty of laughs, and friends who somehow went from strangers on the internet to people we genuinely can’t imagine this journey without.

A few years ago, we didn’t know Rich and Becky Geyer from it out with Rich. Now here we are… four chairs lined up along the lake, watching the sun dance across the water and talking like we’ve known each other forever.

That’s the funny thing about RV Life. You may start out chasing destinations, but somewhere along the way, the people become the best part of the trip.

And honestly? We wouldn’t trade moments like this for anything.
