We want to address and clarify a false rumor that has recently been circulating.
It has come to our attention that Monroe School Transportation Inc. (Summit School Services) has allegedly been contacting school districts throughout Monroe County and falsely stating that Transpo Bus Services LLC will not honor or fulfill our current transportation contracts due to the new contracts we were recently awarded by the City.
Let us be absolutely clear: this claim is completely false.
Transpo Bus Services LLC remains fully committed to every district and contract we currently serve. We will continue providing the safe, reliable, and professional transportation services our partner districts expect and deserve.
Spreading misinformation that could create uncertainty around student transportation is deeply disappointing and potentially harmful to the districts, families, and children who rely on these services every day.
Over the years, our company has grown from a small transportation provider into a trusted partner because of our commitment to fair pricing, exceptional service, and strong relationships with the districts we serve. Our success is built on the dedication of our outstanding drivers, monitors, operations team, and safety staff — people who work hard every single day to put students first.
