If you have MEDICAID and need transportation, PLEASE CALL MAS AT 1-866-932-7740 to make your arrangements.

Again, 1-866-932-7740 is the number for MAS which is the transportation line for MEDICAID.

✅So if you pay out of pocket then you can call us directly to schedule. 342-7150

✅If insurance pays for transportation then call them at 1-866-932-7840.
