To everyone in the Sauk Valley area, it has been brought to our attention that we have a 'mover' in our area that is conducting moves illegally.

I want to inform people that if you hire a moving company in Illinois, that company is required to have an Illinois Commerce Commission number. Our number is 234615. If you're getting a quote from anyone and they cannot provide that number, then you know they aren't legitimate.

Simply having general liability insurance and an LLC is not enough; it's state law to have a household moving license.

Also, consider that if you hire a company without an ILCC number and they damage your items, they can essentially leave without any consequences whatsoever. That's why it's very important to hire a legitimate moving company like ours that abides by all Illinois moving laws and regulations to protect the customer.

Well today is a true Monday!

I went to the dump and blew out a brand new tire, thankfully Junk It Sauk Valley was there to lend a helping hand! We weren’t able to fix it but Andrew and his son are great people so if you ever need junk removal please call these guys!

Yes, we do junk removal as well but they are the true pros at it. They deserve all of the business they can handle. I can’t say enough good things about them!

On the bright side, I’ve never changed a tire before so I learned something new.
