Been awhile since I've thought to post on here, but just want to thank everyone for the kind words and thanks these last few weeks. Just a simple thank you goes a long way for us, and we've been blessed by the outpouring of support during this Pandemic.

This is a problem we will be faced with in rural areas for the next few days, especially gravel roads that don't get treated. We ask for plenty of patience as we work to get caught up from this round of winter weather. Thanks.

With the bitter cold, our crews will be out doing what they can to help improve road conditions due to blowing snow, but salt isn't going to be effective to clean up the ice. If you are traveling today, please allow plenty of time to get where you're going.

Wanted to let everyone know we WILL NOT be running tomorrow due to the forecasted winds. We will resume normal operations on Monday morning.

Good Sunday everyone!
Yesterday didn't end up being anywhere near as bad as expected thank goodness, but it was good practice and I'm happy to say the team came through in blazing colors. Thanks for your patience as this was the first real test we've had this season.

We are closely tracking the nasty weather forecast to impact our area this weekend. While we are currently planning on running all FedEx Home Delivery routes on Saturday, we want you to know how to find out IF we make to decision to keep our drivers off the roads due to conditions.

Easiest way to stay up-to-date with the status of our operations is our page. In addition we are working on getting setup with KWQC-TV6 in the Quad Cities and KCRG-TV9 in Cedar Rapids so that you can get our status on their mobile apps and websites.

But as of right now, let's just keep praying those weather forecasters are wrong 😁

A strong winter storm will impact the region late Friday through Sunday with mixed precipitation Friday night-Saturday morning, changing over to all snow during the day on Saturday. Additional details on this storm will be posted later today.
