September 11 is one of those days that stays with you.
I remember sitting in my first-period class in middle school, just starting the school day, not fully understanding the magnitude of what was unfolding.
Twenty-five years later, it hits differently as an adult. But one thing I’ve never forgotten is how strong and united our country felt in the days that followed. We mourned together. We prayed together. We stood together.
Today, we remember the lives lost, the heroes who ran toward danger, the families forever changed, and a day that changed our country forever.
25 years later. We remember. We honor. We will never forget. 🇺🇸
