UTILITY BILLING DELAY
Due to a temporary operational delay in our meter reading and billing processes, the last billing cycle was delayed.
Impact on ACH Drafts:
If you are enrolled in AutoPay via ACH draft, each bill will trigger a separate automatic withdrawal from your bank account.
Payment 1: The amount will be drafted on or around the first bill’s due date.
Payment 2: The amount will be drafted on or around the second bill’s due date.
Please ensure there are sufficient funds available in your bank account around both of these dates to cover payments. If draft cancellation is needed, please contact us via email: [email protected] two weeks before the scheduled draft or call 252-972-1250.
Due to an anticipated increase in call volume, hold times will be longer than expected.
Our Commitment: No Late Fees: Please be assured that you will not incur any late fees or penalties as a result of this internal operational delay.
Payment Plan: The amount owed is for the services used during the specified periods. You will have extended time beyond the billing due date(s) to make payment arrangements
