Navy Recruiting Station Rocky Mount did their first real Navy (PFA) Performance fitness Assessment where they Max out in Push ups and sits for two minutes and ran a mile and a half way to go Future sailors Keep up the great work!!!!

Some of the best things you will ever get to experience is being on deployment seeing other countries and just being out on that beautiful ocean especially watching the sun rise and set on the horizon!!!!

!!!!UPDATE to the Navy's Tattoo Policy is going to be in effect April 30, 2016!!!!

Sailors can now have tattoos on more body parts than troops in any other military service.
