After a lot of thought and consideration, I've made the decision to close Pinnacle Moving Company and begin a new chapter as the General Manager of All My Sons Moving & Storage here in Northwest Arkansas.
This wasn't an easy decision. Pinnacle wasn't just a business to me—it was something I built from the ground up. Through some of the toughest economic conditions, countless long days, and more challenges than I can count, we earned the trust of our customers by doing things the right way. I am incredibly proud of what Pinnacle accomplished and grateful to every customer, employee, friend, and family member who supported us along the way.
While closing one chapter is bittersweet, I'm excited about what lies ahead.
Many people don't know that I spent nearly eight years with All My Sons earlier in my career and was honored to receive the highest customer satisfaction award among more than 70 offices during my first year as a General Manager. Returning feels a lot like coming home.
What excites me most is the opportunity to bring a well-established, nationally recognized moving company to Northwest Arkansas while continuing to provide the same values I've always believed in: integrity, professionalism, accountability, and taking care of customers during one of life's biggest transitions.
To everyone who trusted Pinnacle Moving Company with your homes, businesses, and belongings—thank you. Your support made this journey possible, and I will always be proud of what we built together.
Here's to the next chapter and to bringing the strength, resources, and reputation of All My Sons Moving & Storage to Northwest Arkansas.
Thank you all for being part of the journey.
