This is a century home that was built in 1883 by Louis Townsend Farr, a judge for Columbiana County. He and his wife, Pearl, sold the house in 1911 to Claren and Mary Shively. Shively.She died at the age of 5. Interestingly, there is the ghost of a little girl haunting the house who calls herself Emily.
