Today, Team SFRM officially launched operations at our new pop-up delivery station in Canton (DDT9) — running our very first 5 routes!

We’re proud to say we are the first and only XL provider in Amazon’s six-year DSP history to be invited to expand into the small-package (ZL) world — a milestone that speaks volumes about the dedication, consistency, and reputation this team has built.

In less than three weeks, we hired, oriented, trained, and launched 36 new team members, all while maintaining our juggernaut XL operation. The level of teamwork and drive that made this possible is nothing short of remarkable.

A huge thank-you to Sara, Devin, Sean, and John — your leadership, long hours, and determination made this possible. I could not have done it without you.

This is just the beginning. Proud doesn’t even begin to cover it. 💪

September was a big month for team Smiles for Miles- we delivered our millionth package since launching AND our DSP was selected as the #1 XL DSP for the year at the annual conference in Vegas! What a wild ride it has been! We could not have done it without our team of 90+ delivery associates and superstar leadership team members- Sara, Sean, Devin and Nick!
