Happy Memorial day Higgins Lake!!

For most today was a relaxed day off. For the Dock Dudes crew, it was certainly not!

Huge shout out to our crew!
They do not have an easy job, or a small list to fill. This year we have faced our largest struggle yet to complete our list on time with lack of willing able help, late spring, early memorial day and WIND!! Granted we did NOT finish on time, or are we done yet. The guys have been tiresly killing it to get done. These fellas deserve alot of respect for what they are doing day in and day out. The team moves roughly 3000 dock sections, and 300 boat hoists each spring an then fall again, setting them nearly perfect everytime! Pat on the back to those guys.

For those on my list still not in yet, please be patient, this is our last week! We will see you this week! We appreciate your patience and understanding.

We are all ahead full into spring dock and hoist service repair/rebuild work.

We do come to you, we do not (yet) have a store front, or have a big need to being all our work is at the lake.

Pics provided from today are out of an early (1996) Craftlander with worn/expired parts and the new parts we use on rebuilds are done with updates using the newest updated parts used in todays hoists. Many times the reason to need a rebuild isn't always visable with out a tear down, but we can tell. Protect your investment and have us inspect your hoist, we are honest, knowledgeable, an not pushy sales guys. 🫡

Welcome Spring!! We are hiring! Seeking help for Higgins lake spring dock install season. Positions have potencial for longer term employment for qualified individuals. Strong able bodied individuals with high motivation is the aim along with competitive pay.

Will need transportaion to get to an from work. We use the company vehicles during work.

Reliability and punctuality is a crucial must.

Must have the ability to work out doors.

Must be physiacally able to lift and carry heavier items.

Ability to work together with others.

Experience not required, but it helps.

IT TURNS OUT, WE ARE CLEARING ROOFS TOO!!!

Seeing many posts asking for these sevices. We are commercially insured, careful, and mindful. We do not use hammers, I actually can not locate any of mine anyways. 🤷‍♂️ We do not use salt, that's a terrible idea, but works if you don't value the roof longevity. For the most part we stay off the roof as much as possible. Unless you have a 4000sq ft house we're not charging 2k. Honest fair costs no gouging. This just gives the guys something to do in the winter, and a little boost for winter blues spending money.

Not licensed being there isn't a snow removal license avaliable as some suggest, aside from my drivers license.

989-390-7410 txt is best. Be happy to come give a cost for roof, porch, door openings, drive ends, banks, and general plowing, snow removal. We have the ability and equipment small or large, residencial or commercial to get things cleared and opened up for you, or continue maintaining for the remainder of the season. Servicing all of the Higgins Lake, imediate Roscommon area, an in between.
