🚢🌴 Margaritaville at Sea Port of Palm Beach Boarding Tips! 🍹
If you’re cruising out of the Port of Palm Beach on Margaritaville at Sea, here are a few tips I’ve learned from my recent cruises!
⏰ You don’t have to arrive SUPER early, but I recommend getting there before 10:30 AM!
Here’s why!
🚢 Boarding starts around 11:15 AM, and they call passengers by muster station.
🪑 If you’re already checked in and sitting in the waiting area, you’ll be among the first to board! But if you’re still standing in the check-in line, you’ll have to finish checking in AND wait in the seating area for your turn to board.
🍽️ Another perk of boarding early? THE FOOD!
The buffet and food areas aren’t nearly as crowded when you first get onboard!
🥙 Personally, I LOVE the rice bowls! On my last two cruises, I’ve grabbed a rice bowl and headed straight to the 5 o’Clock Somewhere Bar, where you can sit outside on the deck, enjoy your food, and start your vacation with some ocean views! 🌊☀️
There’s just something about eating outside on a cruise ship knowing your vacation has officially started! 😍
These are just little things I’ve picked up from cruising Margaritaville at Sea, and I’ll keep sharing my tips, tricks, and honest experiences!
✨ Travel agent tip: Arriving early doesn’t always mean you’ll board immediately, but it can make the whole process smoother and give you more time to enjoy the ship before the crowds arrive!

This is my first year solo cruising, and honestly, one of the biggest things I’ve learned is that the ship itself doesn’t matter nearly as much as the experience you have and the people you meet along the way.
I’ve been on a few different cruises now, and every single one has had a completely different vibe.
Some cruises are more mellow, some are a little more rowdy, and honestly, you never really know what kind of crowd you’re going to get!
And I will say, I was actually pleasantly surprised by how mellow Margaritaville at Sea Paradise was!
I feel like Margaritaville sometimes gets a reputation for being more of a party cruise, but that really wasn’t my overall experience.
Now, don’t get me wrong, there were DEFINITELY some rowdy people on board, and trust me, I have stories… because somehow I ALWAYS have stories! 😂
But overall, I met some really great people, had some amazing conversations, made memories, and just genuinely enjoyed myself.
And that’s something I’ve really come to love about solo cruising.
You get on a ship not knowing a single person, and by the time you get off, you could have a whole new group of friends.
And sometimes the people you meet end up being the best part of the entire trip.
I think people get so caught up in whether a ship is new, old, big, small, or has all the bells and whistles, but honestly, you can have the BEST time on an older, smaller ship if you go into it with the right mindset.
For me, cruising is so much more than just the ship. It’s the connections, the memories, the random conversations with strangers, and all those unexpected moments.
And that’s why I keep going back!
So if you’ve ever wanted to take a solo cruise but you’re nervous about going alone, this is your sign to give it a try.

🚢 Cruise #3 of 2026… Is anyone else getting a little déjà vu?! 😂🌴

Fun fact: Most people who cruise only take about 1–2 cruises a year… and then you have your casino players and retirees who practically LIVE on cruise ships and cruise every other week! 😂

Well… I’m starting to feel like one of them right now!

This is cruise #3 this year, and ALL THREE have been in September and October! 🤯🚢

October has officially been my BIGGEST travel month yet, and I’m feeling so incredibly blessed to be living this life. Between Hawaii, cruises, working, and running my travel business, it’s been nonstop, but I wouldn’t trade it! ❤️

And here’s the funny part…

Last week, I thought I got to the cruise port early. WELL, today I left 45 minutes LATER than last week, made fewer stops along the way, AND already knew exactly where to park… so somehow I got here even earlier than last time! 😂

But hey, I’d rather be early than stressed and running late!

Now I’m just sitting here waiting to board another ship, wondering how this became my life. 🥹🌊

Here’s to another adventure, more memories, more cruise content, and getting to experience these ships firsthand so I can share it all with YOU!

I know, I know… I’ve been slacking on the content lately! 😂✈️🌴🚢

But y’all, October has been a HUGE travel month for me, and I’m just trying to keep up with it all! Between traveling, catching up on laundry, unpacking just to repack, and having my phone on airplane mode while I was out at sea, life has been a little crazy! 🤣

And guess what?! I’m getting on ANOTHER boat on Monday! 🚢🤪

Cruise check-in was SO easy! 🚢☀️ Now we wait until 11:15 to board!

One thing I learned today? Next time I know exactly where to go, where to park, and that I definitely do NOT need to leave my house at 5:30 AM! 😂 But hey, you live and you learn!

Also, fair warning… if you see cruise photos and videos mixed in with Hawai‘i content all in the same week, just bear with me! 🌺🌊

I promise you’ll get a little bit of everything, just absolutely NO particular order! 🤣 Between traveling, working, and trying to keep up with all the content, my camera roll is a hot mess!

So blessed to be tired of packing. 🥹✈️🤍

Today was one of those days where my to-do list felt a mile long, but let me tell you… when you put your mind to something, you really can get SO much done in just one day!

Today consisted of…

✈️ Getting a quote out for some clients planning their dream honeymoon in the Caribbean! 🌴💍

🚢 Working on a cruise quote for someone getting ready to celebrate their birthday at sea!

🌎 Working behind the scenes on a more budget-friendly GROUP TRIP for you guys! 🤫 Shhhhh… that’s all I’m saying for now! 👀

🧺 Unpacking, doing laundry, and repacking because apparently I live out of a suitcase these days!

🤍 Sharing a little kindness with friends and complete strangers, because sometimes the smallest gestures can make the biggest difference.

🎶 Sending friends new music releases because when I find something that makes my heart happy, I want everyone else to experience it too!

And somewhere in between all of that, just taking a moment to realize how incredibly blessed I am.

I’m tired, my suitcase is never fully unpacked, my to-do list never seems to end, and I wouldn’t trade this life for anything.

There was a time I prayed for a life filled with travel, opportunities, connections, and doing something I’m passionate about. Now I’m living pieces of those prayers, even on the exhausting days.

It’s not always glamorous. It’s long days, working hard, juggling a million things, and figuring it out as I go. But it’s also so much joy, growth, and gratitude.

What a blessing it is to be tired from a life you’re excited to wake up and live. 🥹❤️

Here’s to chasing dreams, spreading kindness, working hard, and probably packing another suitcase tomorrow. 😂✈️

God is so good. 🤍

Today I’m feeling a little extra emotional, but in the best way.

On my way to work this morning, I was worshipping Jesus, listening to the new release “Make It Good,” and just feeling so overwhelmed with emotions. God is SO good. 🙌🏼

I’m missing my best friend a little extra today, my heart is full, my bank account is recovering from Hawaii 😂🌺, and somehow I’m still feeling more blessed than ever.

I get to spend 3 out of the 4 weeks of October traveling. ✈️🌎 Something I used to dream about is becoming my reality, and sometimes I have to remind myself to stop and appreciate that.

Does that mean everything is easy? Absolutely NOT. Hawaii definitely left me broke, and there are moments when I wonder how everything is going to work out. But one thing I know is that God has always made a way, and I trust that He will continue to. 🤍

I work hard for this life. I make sacrifices. I work doubles, long hours, and weekends so I can spend my weekdays exploring the world, making memories, and doing what makes my soul happy.

And you know what? I wouldn’t trade it.

Here’s to vacationing on weekdays, working doubles on weekends, chasing dreams, missing people we love, trusting God’s timing, and believing that all the hard work WILL pay off. 🥹

I’m not rich. I don’t have it all figured out. But I am grateful, determined, and blessed beyond words.

God’s got me. He always has. ✝️🤍

And if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that you don’t have to have everything figured out to be thankful for where you are right now. 🌸
