Now that it’s spring, our farmers have been hard at work—planting and preparing for the upcoming potato crop. 🌱🥔

This is where it all begins. Across Idaho, planting season sets the foundation for the quality and flavor you’ll enjoy later in the year.

Potatoes are typically harvested from August through October, when they’ve reached peak maturity. From there, they’re either shipped fresh straight from the field or carefully stored in climate-controlled cellars to maintain quality and freshness year-round.

From planting to harvest, every step is guided by experience, care, and a deep commitment to growing the best.
