Well, look who stopped by today to discuss a driving job with us. We told him he would be the number 1 recruit for Ole Blue, but first, Mr Velvet Jim Beckman would have to retire. So we told him in 5 years or so when Jim maybe says he has had enough of driving at 86 or 87 years old, we would call him to get back here, and we would put him to work. Huge congrats to Jim Beckman, aka 'Mr. Velvet,' on 17 years of not losing his cool while dealing with our crazy clients! 🎉 From dawn till dusk (and sometimes way past dusk), Jim has been the master of chill, always ready to roll with the punches (or in this case, the potholes). We're talking 17 years of 'is-this-load-really-necessary' early morning wake-up calls, 'are-we-done-yet' long days, and 'did-we-really-just-get-lost-again' navigational adventures. And through it all, Jim has kept his smooth, velvety demeanor intact. Here's to many more years of laughter, good times, and not getting lost (too often) with Mr. Velvet behind the wheel! 🚚
