Rules Zay's Bag Shop

SHOPPING:
To join and/or Shop at Zay's Bag Shop LLC, please send name and address to Zay's Bag Shop LLC private message.
1.First to claim with code word that we acknowledge gets item/s.
2. Once acknowledged as the claimant, please send screenshot of item and payment to Zay's Bag Shop LLC private chat. PLEASE DO NOT SEND PAYMENT FOR AN ITEM UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN ACKNOWLEDGED A

S THE CLAIMANT.
3.No arguing or back & forth over who claimed items.
4. I go by what I see on MY SCREEN.
5. Any malicious behavior or bullying gets you BLOCKED!
6. If you owe an outstanding or previous balance you CANNOT claim items until balance it fully paid off.
7. Once you claim item/s there is no switching or exchanging during and/or after live ends at all. Please refrain from discussing personal issues such as shipping, payment and other issues during the live. BINGOS:

1. All Numbers must be PAID IMMEDIATELY as soon as all games are closed for the evening.
2. If you win a bingo and it so happens your number is NOT PAID your NUMBER IS DISQUALIFIED and number will be resold so bingo can be redone again.
3. Shipping fee for bingo prizes are claimers responsibility
4. You do not have to be present for bingo to receive your prize but you must inform me of item you choose in advance if you are unable to be present during Live bingo or else you are subjected to choose from whatever remaining items are available. INVOICES:

1. Invoices are sent via private message on Sundays and Mondays. Once an invoice is sent out it is the customer’s responsibility to pay invoice immediately.
2. After invoice is sent out you will be contacted only 1 more time as a reminder for payment, if you do not respond or communicate your items will be resold without further notice.
4. If you knowingly do not have the funds to purchase items and you breach these rules more than once you will no longer be allowed to shop at *Zay's Bag Shop LLC* (We can remain friends, associates and/or family however, you cannot shop at Zay's Bag Shop LLC.
5. �NO EXCHANGES NO REFUNDS ALL SALES ARE FINAL�

SHIPPING:

1. Shipping tracking will be sent out through private message on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
2.Shipping fee is included in pricing.

GOOD AFTERNOON.
We have sent all fully paid invoices and have packaged and sealed your boxes. If you did not receive an invoice and comment stating that you are all set, that means you have a balance and/or did not send screenshots of payments and items. This is really unfair to us, and I decided that as of today, anyone who has a balance or paid part of their order will not be shipped this week. Your order will be shipped during the next shipping date if paid. You have a right to request a refund if you can not wait for your items. However, we will refund what you paid minus 25 dollars restocking fee as per our rules. Please understand that I have employees to pay and bills to pay, and I can not continue to run a business if people have us holding merchandise. Thank you to those who continue to follow our rules. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. HAVE A BLESSED DAY.

All invoices have been processed and sent. Thank you for all who have followed our policies and procedures sending all screenshots of payments

Please ladies understand if I sent your invoice incomplete is because either you did not send the screenshot to confirm or because there’s a balance that needs to met.

For those who I’ve reached out to about your package, please be careful when you open your box. We use the box to best fit the CL purse to avoid further damage by folding them.

I would appreciate any feedback in regards to packing moving forward via private message. I would like to continue to make the best experience for you ladies.

Reminder: This is a claim and pay shop. Meaning once you claim an item and it's confirmed. Take a screenshot of the item. Then, payment must be made using one of the provided payment methods. If you are claiming multiple items throughout the live. You may wait until you are done claiming items for the night to make your payment. However, your payment must be made including the flat rate shipping fee of $15. Screenshots of ALL of your items and proof of payment must be sent through messenger. There are no exceptions to this. We go over this multiple times throughout the week. Sam should not have to reach out to you on Sundays to request screenshots of anything, especially payment(s). We appreciate your business.
