Fuse Carbon Technologies

Fuse Carbon Technologies Software as a Service for seamless access to clean fuel standard programs across north america.

e-Mission Control (eMC) is a Sacramento-based Software as a Service (SaaS) company that helps facilitate participation in California’s Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS), as well as in Oregon’s Clean Fuels Program (CFP), and Washington’s Clean Fuel Standard (CFS). We partner with small- and medium-sized businesses who own or operator zero-emission vehicles and equipment in states that have clean fuel

programs. Some of the industries we serve are retailers, grocers, manufacturers, warehousing and distribution facilities, school districts, municipalities, universities, seaports, and airports. Building upon nearly two decades of clean-transportation industry and public funding experience, eMC has developed a comprehensive and streamlined software platform, FuSE™ that eliminates many of the administrative roadblocks that traditionally preclude fleets from participating in clean fuel programs.

CARB’s 2025 LCFS amendments are setting new standards in electricity credit generation and transportation electrification. Here’s a snapshot of what’s changing:

Higher Carbon Intensity (CI) Targets – 2030 goal now at 30%, aiming for 90% CI reduction by 2045.

Auto-Acceleration Mechanism – Adapts CI benchmarks automatically to market advancements, supporting faster decarbonization.

Enhanced Multi-Family and Commercial EV Charging – Multi-family charging now credits charger owners directly, with new credit incentives for medium- and heavy-duty vehicle infrastructure.

Third-Party Verification & Expanded FCI – Verifying larger electricity and hydrogen transactions, with more credits for medium/heavy-duty fast charging.

These updates bring us closer to a cleaner, more accessible fuel future in California. 🌍💚
