As we prepare for the next chapter of Banzito’s, we’ll be adjusting our hours at Knee Deep beginning this week.

NEW HOURS
Tuesday–Sunday | 12PM–8PM
Closed Mondays

This change will give our team the time needed behind the scenes as we prepare to transition into our Banzito’s Cantina phase in Old Town Auburn.

We’re incredibly excited for what’s ahead, but we also want to thank everyone for their patience and understanding during this transition. Building the next version of Banzito’s takes a lot of moving pieces, and we want to make sure we do it right.

For now, you can still catch us at Knee Deep Tuesday through Sunday for all your Banzito’s favorites.

Thank you for continuing to show up, support us, and grow with us. We can’t wait to welcome you into the Cantina.

Banzito’s will be closed tomorrow, Monday, August 17th, for a routine deep cleaning of our food truck.

Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-cared-for kitchen is something we take seriously and an important part of the standards we hold ourselves to.

We’ve been BUSY with our Brick and Mortar so please pardon the social media absence. But…Did you know the Cantina will bring back our Ground Beef menu items? That means:

Tacos:

- The Enchi
- The Clazíco
- The Fuego
- The Smash

Quesadillas:
- The Fiezta
- The Gordo

Nachos:
- Beefy Queso Nachos

Also our Seafood:
The Playa fish taco! Shrimp platters! Shrimp Micheladas!
