One of the highlights of my recent Royal Caribbean Cruise Development Trip was getting an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the galley and meeting Executive Chef Nicola Di Pardo. I have toured a lot of facilities over the years, but I can honestly say I've never seen a kitchen so spotless, organized, and impressive. From the preparation areas to the incredible operations happening behind the scenes, it gave me a whole new appreciation for the culinary experience Royal Caribbean delivers every day. Here are 3 things that I learned while on the 2026 Development Trip Royal Caribbean Bahamas, Harmony of the Seas 10 8-13.

I love Royal Caribbean and am now able to speak about it with so much CONFIDENCE!
(don't worry Celebrity you still have my heart too💝)

I realized that finding out about THEMES and OFFERS to tell my members about them ahead of time will highly elevate their cruise experience, should they choose to participate, especially for first time cruisers. 💃

I really, really need a CABANA on COCO CAY BEACH CLUB and 7 of my buddies so we can be boogie while on the private island. *NEED was an intentionally chosen word 😁

You know I come from doing FIT travel where I build their trip for my travelers piece by piece, but there is something to say for Tours now adays. Gone are the days that these tours are stifling and rigid. Now they build in time and offer autonomy when you want to explore.
💕I love that for us. 🥰
So if you have shied away from a small group tour because you want to have some time on your own to explore. TTC has accounted for this whimsy and now builds that free time into their itineraries. Best of both worlds but in an a carefully crafted itinerary.
