🚤 Another boat back on the water! ⚓
Customer brought us a cooling system concern. During inspection, we found water contamination in the lower unit gear oil. Removed the lower unit and replaced the raw water impeller. A pressure test revealed leaking driveshaft seals, which were replaced before reassembly. Fresh gear oil was installed and the lower unit was retested to verify proper sealing.
Additionally, the trim motor was found to be faulty and was replaced, restoring proper trim and tilt operation.
