The phones are ringing, routes are changing, buses are rolling, coffee is flowing, and somewhere someone is definitely asking, “Where is bus ___?” 😂

The first week of school is always a little bit of organized chaos, but there’s truly nothing like seeing months of preparation finally come to life.

We’re tired. We’re running on caffeine. We’re probably talking about buses in our sleep. But we LOVE this week and the incredible team behind it all.

Here’s to another school year of getting thousands of kiddos where they need to go safely each day. 💛🚌

The part of back-to-school you don’t always see. 🚌💛

Our dispatch command center is BUSY as drivers and paras stop in to pick up their routes, get familiar with their stops, practice their runs and make sure they’re ready for that first morning.

There are a whole lot of details that have to come together before those yellow buses start rolling, and our team is hard at work making it happen.

T-6 days, St. Cloud Area School District 742! We’re almost ready for you. 🚌

🚌 Back-to-school prep is in full swing!

With the first day of school right around the corner, our maintenance team is hard at work making sure we’re ready to roll.

All 90+ vehicles in our fleet that transport students are getting an extra look-over before the school year begins. From bumper to bumper, our team is checking, inspecting and preparing each vehicle to help ensure a safe and smooth start to the school year.

There’s a lot that happens behind the scenes before that first bus pulls out of the lot — and we’re grateful for the team putting in the work to make it happen! 💛

Back-to-school season is here! 🚌🍎

Last week, we brought our school bus team together for our annual Back-to-School Meeting as we prepare for another great school year. We were excited to have 84 of our nearly 100 team members in attendance!

Our team heard important updates and training from Routing, Safety, and our Student Behavior Specialist, along with additional first aid training for situations that may happen on the bus.

There is a lot that goes into safely transporting students each day, and preparation like this matters. We’re proud of our team for taking the time to learn, ask questions, refresh their skills, and get ready for the students and families who count on us.

A big thank you to everyone who helped make the day a success—and especially to our drivers, paras, and staff who show up every day ready to make a difference.

We’re ready for another safe and successful school year! 🚌💛

🏌️‍♀️⛳ A great day on the course supporting St. Cloud State Men's Basketballl ! 🏀

Trobec’s Bus Service is proud to be the transportation provider for SCSU Men’s Basketball team, and we were even more excited to get out of the driver’s seat and onto the golf course to support their program at the Hoopster Golf Classic!
