I am doing all i can. I am calling State Representatives, asking for meetings. We have credentials in with all insurances, and brokers. We have one broker we have been trying to get an answer from for 2 months, they will not even take our calls. I will NOT stop fighting for our clients, this is so unfair to so many. Why do we as small companies trying to follow the guidlines get punished. We have to play by the rules while no one else does?? We are doing what we can with what we have. I am sending some of my employees out to help facilities and patients try to understand what is happening, because some have no clue. This just was sprung on everyone on August 1st. Some clients do not even know they were kicked off Ohio Medicaid. Just know if you need help, we will try and help you if we can, we also will not stop till we get the answers we deserve.

To all of our faithful clients that have been with us for the last 6 years, I apologize for what is going on. I apologize for our Government. I as the owner of True-Blue Transport will do all i can to fight for you. The new mycare system is a disaster. We now have us small companies that have been doing our best to follow the guidelines for years, just to be kick in The face with now non reputable companies from miles away take our clients. They say it is to stop fraud but actually the fraud is now worse. We have unmarked vans with no credibility or credentials taking clients to and from appointments over us that have been following the guidelines. We have individuals that do not even speak the English language now transporting our lived ones to appointments, that cannot even speak to our loved ones and help them feel comfortable. We have to follow certain laws of medicaid and the state.spend money to have our ambulettes be a certain way, now all of a sudden those rules do not apply to others. We have dialysis patients missing appointments because of the failures and unplanned tactics of others. This is NOT helping what does it take for them to realize? Patients missing dialysis and dying??? Cause this is patient abandonment and that is what is going to happen. WAKE UP!! realize your sudden changes are not always for the good of others.
