Every day at 404-Move Inc., we’re part of someone’s closing day. We help families and businesses turn the page to a new chapter, knowing that every ending also brings a new beginning.
Today, closing day means something entirely different for our family.
After more than 20 years of building this company with hard work, sacrifice, faith, and an unwavering commitment to our community, my parents are officially retiring and passing the torch to Tessa and me.
To say this day is bittersweet would be an understatement.
404 Move has never been just a business. It has been a part of our family’s story for decades. It represents early mornings, long days, countless miles, lessons learned, and a legacy built one customer and one relationship at a time. Watching my parents pour their hearts into this company, has made us beyond grateful for the opportunity to continue what they started.
The greatest gift they’ve given us isn’t simply a business—it’s the example they’ve set. They taught us what it means to lead with integrity, to work hard, to care for people, and to treat every move as if it were our own family making it.
We also want to recognize our amazing crew. You guys show up every single day, work through the elements, the heavy lifting, the long hours, and the unexpected challenges with determination and care. You are the heartbeat of this company. The relationships you’ve built with our customers and with our family mean more than you’ll ever know, and we are deeply grateful to continue this journey alongside you.
Now, as Tessa and I begin this next chapter, our hearts are full. We get to raise our daughter, Jettie, alongside this company and watch her grow with it just as our family has. One day, she’ll know the incredible legacy her grandparents created and the values that built 404 Move into what it is today.
Mom and Dad, thank you for every sacrifice, every lesson, every late night, and every ounce of love you poured into this dream. Thank you for trusting us to carry it forward. We promise to honor everything you’ve built while continuing to grow it for future generations.
Today marks the end of one beautiful chapter and the beginning of another. We couldn’t be more thankful to walk into this future together—as a family.
