Understanding the fundamental nature of what influences human behavior is the key component that will lead to a safer world. In the 1990’s, Tim Foran’s Op-Eds had appeared in Best Review, LLOYD’S LIST, Journal of Commerce, The Wall Street Journ
al, FAIRPLAY Magazine, National Underwriter, and others. Despite his Maritime beginnings, he currently serves as a Chaplain. Tim previously served as an Executive Pastor, Elder and President of two non-profits ministering to underserved communities, including domestic violence, addiction recovery and human trafficking, while instrumental in establishing a Free Medical Clinic for the Underserved Community. He graduated from seminary with a Bachelor’s degree in the field of Theology (2011). Previously, Tim’s international interests accelerated when graduating from the United States Merchant Marine Academy (KINGS POINT, NY - 1976). A sincere respect for other cultures, belief systems and viewpoints was gained while serving as third officer aboard cargo (and NAVY) ships to foreign shores. This helped structure his thoughts for the Op-Eds mentioned above. They resulted in recognition, acceptance and personal communication with international market leaders. Tim was awarded for achievements as Technical Writer – US Hydrographic/Topographic Agency (1979). He subsequently maintained executive positions with CORCO, TK Shipping, Texaco, and ACE USA (formerly CIGNA). Tim gained expertise and diplomacy regarding International Treaty and Protocols, along with Federal and local Regulatory Compliance, as well as all other instruments of global commerce. More recently: Tim has published five (5) morality based Children’s Stories (featured at Barnes & Noble Storytime, Libraries, the Head Start program, etc.) plus two (2) Book Studies addressing politics and religion, while also establishing AT THE WELL INSPIRATIONS © along with GREEN APPLE MINISTRY © as the Founder of both.
