All About The Waggles

Guess who made it home to their furry sister Mya and awesome family?! TAWNY! To say they enjoy each others company would be an understatement! Tawny and Mya are both such sweet dog happy gals. We knew it would be an amazing match! These gals hit the jackpot with this family. From homemade treats to unconditional love.

May you gals enjoy endless yard play, walks to beach and lots of bully rubs together!

To think both these gals were on streets. Mya had to have eyelid (entropion) surgery and sweet Tawny was found pregnant! Now living life near the beach in Washington state. 🏔️🌊🌲🏡🦮🐕‍🦺

Tawny’s puppies, Redbird and Ivy are adorable and now available with Happy Ever After Rescue Tails!

We partnered with a fellow rescue Sierra Canine Rescue and Rehab located in Pipe Creek, TX on Tawny and her puppies. Please make sure to check out other pups they may have available if you are looking!

Thank you so much to everybody who followed and supported our new nonprofit adventure HEART (Happy Ever After Rescue Tails) throughout The Big Give. If you haven’t yet, please follow our FB page and help share our amazing journey of rescue tales (tails)!

As a reminder, we are not going anywhere and will still be providing trapping, special transports along with small scale boarding in the near future.

🥹🐾 SPEECHLESS. ABSOLUTELY SPEECHLESS. 🐾🥹

We set a Big Give goal of $5,000, and truthfully, we had no expectation of coming anywhere close to it especially as we officially announced the opening of Happy Ever After Rescue Tails (HEART) just this week.

Many of our dedicated supporters, volunteers, and friends knew HEART was in the making, and they know the dedication, compassion, love, and HEART this rescue was being founded on.

But seeing the support we received has left us completely overwhelmed with gratitude. ❤️🥹

THANK YOU doesn’t even begin to express how appreciative we are.

And it’s not quite over yet!

📅 Big Give donations can still be made through Sunday, September 27. If you didn’t get a chance to donate and would still like to support HEART, there is still time!

🐾 BIG NEWS! 🐾

All About The Waggles is splitting our efforts to grow our mission for the most impact of the pups!

Over the next several weeks, our rescue dogs will begin transitioning to Happy Ever After Rescue Tails (HEART), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated solely to dog rescue and adoption efforts. 🐶🏡

We are incredibly excited about this transition! While HEART focuses on the pups from rescue and foster care to adoption and finding their forever families, All About The Waggles will shift its focus toward supporting the rescue community behind the scenes. More details coming soon! ❤️🏠🐶

Most importantly, adoptions will continue throughout the transition with no interruption. Because at the heart of every decision we make is the reason this mission exists in the first place ❤️ THE PUPS! ❤️

For All About The Waggles, it’s an opportunity to expand how we help while allowing HEART to focus entirely on giving dogs the second chances and Happy Ever After Rescue Tails they deserve.

We’re excited for what’s ahead and grateful to everyone who continues to foster, adopt, volunteer, transport, donate, share, and support the mission. 🐾❤️

Two efforts. One purpose. Helping more dogs.

Please make sure to follow them and support the mission! The Big Give is Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 6:00 PM through Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 6:00 PM. Make sure to check for the matching minutes to make the most impact! Click the link below!

Happy Ever After Rescue Tails was created to give unwanted, abandoned, stray, and neglected dogs the second chance they deserve. Through compassionate, foster-based care, we provide a safe place where each dog can heal, grow, learn, and simply experience being loved while...

9/24/2026: Not a single confirmed sighting since list! Flyers are out, checking ACS daily, walking the area, driving around and nothing. We are not giving up. Please be on the lookout for him and report any sightings. Please do not approach.

************************************************

We are worried right now as Monello escaped his fosters yard! We contacted trapper Saved by the Bell: NOW! Who is the best in town. For those who are local you know she is the best around, but we need your help with reporting sightings. Without them we won’t know where to focus the efforts. Please text any sightings to (210) 646-4753.

If you are able to donate to help cover cost, please do via the two options below. If you can post your donation amount in the comments for transparency.

We did it again! We joined rescue powers to save sweet Tawny! Tawny was a stray taken in by one family, passed onto by another and then they now asked for help. Well they found it. The day we were asked to help Tawny a prior adopter asked if we had a match for Mya… thought is this destiny. Then we started the process and after some personality testing we confirmed, the results were in, with 99.9999% positive plus another 100% it was a match!

Mia is getting a sister, Tawny is getting a home right by the Washington shore! Their pawrents and human sister got two super unique dogs! Meet Tawny and say “what’s up” to Mya!

Any guesses on what Tawny is?! We have ours!

Let’s welcome Wh***ey into the rescue! This handsome distinguished gentleman is an owner surrender no fault of his own besides growing to big.

Wh***ey is 2 almost 3 year old Cockapoo. He is happy go lucky, loves all people big and small. Along with a good play session with other pups. This guy is absolutely adorable and will wiggle his way into your heart

Welcome Monello!

Monello, you have been on the streets for WAY too long! Today that all changed! You were finally secured by Cristina with her pups and then you got some decompression time in the AC, maybe for the first time in your whole life! You are shy, but I know you will blossom, you already have in just hours with us! We are excited for the start of your journey! We are thankful for your foster Isabella who is willing and happy to help pups that need a little extra time like you!

What we know…
10/11 months old
LOVES other dogs
Belly and ear rubs help you relax
Foodie
Crazy smart
Needs decompression time, compassion and love

We recently took in a found dog that is now claimed to be owned and rehomed by multiple parties. One party stating “Its just a f@$&ing dog not a human, keep the f@$&ing dog”. Another advising they gave it away, but now want it back. A third who said they fostered the dog multiple times so it belongs to them. NONE have provided proof of ownership. Because the multiple calls, claims and threats documented between 6AM and 9PM over multiple days we have had to make a police case for harassment and filed a report with ACS. This is time suck-age. All that is needed is proof of current ownership and them to meet us at the appropriate Animal Control Facility for the process to go through the proper channels and documentation. People are truly the hardest part in rescue.

Let’s welcome some of our newest intakes! When we say variety, we are not kidding. We love them all! From our biggest guy Malfoy the Great Dane at about 140lbs to tiny Ritz at just 9lbs being a Jack Russell whatchamacallit mix.

This morning, while we were out working to safely secure the black pup, we spent some time with this handsome Malinois who has apparently been hanging around with him for about a month.

Ironically, I had started calling him Colonel… but we’ve since been told his name may actually be Max. ❤️

We’ve also been told his possible owner is currently deployed. I’m going to try to make contact with them to better understand the situation when they may be returning and, most importantly, what the plan is for Max.

Whatever that looks like, we would love to help him.

Maybe that means providing food and supplies. Maybe it means finding him a safe temporary foster until his owner returns. Or, if circumstances have changed and his owner can no longer care for him, we are willing to discuss bringing him under the rescue.

Right now, this sweet boy could use a safe place to land, some general veterinary care, good meals, and a little help putting some healthy weight back on.

🐾 TEMP FOSTER NEEDED 🐾

If you would be willing to foster or temporarily hold Max while we work to make contact with his possible owner and figure out what support is needed, please reach out to us.

Sometimes isn’t about taking ownership of a dog it’s simply about stepping in, helping where we can, and keeping them safe until the right plan comes together. ❤️🐾
